Creating a Visual Identity and Developing the Brand
In 2011, Top Part Motor Factors had 12 stores and a turnover of €13.5 million. Each store had an individual identity. Initially the focus was to tweek the existing identity and create a strong visual identity, suitable for multi-applications. We needed to shift public perception from being individual local stores operating in isolation by applying the revamped logo and brand colours and bringing unity and recognition across all stores. The focus was also to raise customer and public awareness of Top Part (having a national network) and operating as a dominant presence in the Irish motor factor market.
Today (2021), Top Part has 20 stores nationwide, the latest openings in Dublin and Cork. With over 200 staff and in excess of €50 million turnover, the Top Part brand is continuing to grow through innovative services, products, tools, workshop equipment, stocking programmes and educational seminars and workshops.
